Large, comfortable bed with enough pillows. Surprisingly, the rooms had a nice view of a small garden that I was not expecting. Very quiet, which ensures a good night's sleep. Friendly staff and good internet connection.

The comfortable king-size bed and room service are decent. During the extreme heat wave, the ACs were working properly, and that was a relief. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location yet within walking distance of the bustling Banani business area.

Management is really good, and their staff members are all professional, clean and really comfortable to stay. The location is good as well, peaceful. The food is really good but a little bit expensive. Overall it was a good experience staying here.

Friendly and welcoming staff. My wife and kid reached earlier than me and the reception helped them check in even without me. Whatever I requested at any time, I got them. Great facilities.
